Testimony from my last retreat in 2022
I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing yoga retreat in Seaford. The program was well organised with a range of relaxation, yoga, talk, meditations and outdoor walks by the sea. I met new people who I connected with and learned so much. I would definitely come on the next retreat.

About Colin
Growing up in Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe, Colin spent much of the time under the African sun engaged in physical activities: running, playing rugby, squash, tennis. The inevitable stress on his back led to occasional visits to an osteopath who, in 2001, recommended that he add a further activity as a counter-balance: Yoga. Colin could not have envisaged at that time the immense benefit that this would bring. His interest in yoga developed steadily and in October 2007 he returned from a life-changing retreat in Marrakech keen to further his knowledge, particularly the relationship between the body and the mind. In 2008
Colin did a transformative Kundalini Yoga teacher-training course and very quickly began to teach classes. In the sixteen years that he has been teaching yoga and meditation he has got to know himself so much better and found great joy in witnessing his students coping so much more calmly with life’s
challenges in its various shapes and forms.
