About Reiki

Usui Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying hands on or just above the body" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and this is what causes us to be alive. Reiki is a healing frequency of energy that is channeled directly from the universe/source through the reiki practitioner connecting to the clients energy field, where shifts in energy blocks can occur, helping to allow for healing and transformation to take place.

Rose Reiki Attunement - £160 - 4 hours
When booking a reiki attunement a deposit will be required to secure your place and all details regarding payment and the cancellation policy will be sent to you when making your booking.
What is a Reiki Attunement?
Reiki attunement/initiation is an energetic process that opens up your energy field so you can be a channel for the reiki healing energy. A Reiki Master gives the student the attunement. The reiki passes from the master to the student and opens up the channels so that the student can then use reiki for healing. There is an attunement process for each level of Reiki which brings more understanding of reiki and the development of your own practice and working with the given symbols. As you journey through the reiki training and attunements you will know how best to support others when they receiving the reiki energy.
The process of attunement is a dedicated ritual. Once the attunement is complete, you often will be provided with reflection time, to acknowledge and integrate the energy. A 21 day self healing practice is to be completed after each attunement to help you integrate and strengthen the reiki at a deeper level. Attunements are often given within a dedicated workshop or retreat, with time given for explaining the philosophy, and teaching the symbols and practice. Everyone's attunement experience will be different and unique to them. Many experience a heightened sense of intuition and some may experience no difference.
How To Prepare For An Attunement
To prepare for a reiki attunement, it is recommended to have a 3 day cleanse before to create a cleaner energy system so that you receive the attunement with ease. A meditation practice is also very good for you and a having a mindful approach to your interest in reiki will help support you.
For the cleanse it is good to:

avoid any dense food.

avoid or limit alcohol, caffeine, processed foods, and artificial sweeteners.

eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

drink plenty of pure water.

get plenty of rest and relaxation.
It is not strictly necessary to adhere to these guidelines as you prepare for an attunement, but it is important that you are present with a clear mind during this process.
