Service Description

Your Mini Wellness Retreat will be a blissful 3 hours of self care and deep relaxation designed to nourish your soul, reset your nervous system and leave you feeling restored and replenished. Breathwork and sound bath with me, Julie Greenhalgh and Pilates class focused on moving meditation with Angela Rake. Please contact me directly to book your space. We will focus on reducing feelings of stress and anxiety and rejuvenating your body and mind using restorative movement, release work, breath work and sound healing. The day is gently woven together in such a way to leave you in a dream like state. Angela’s Pilates class will be based on her ever clients’ favourite release class. It’ll be full of restorative movement and myofascial release and designed to release tension in the body and leave you feeling longer, taller and free from tension. Think of it like an explorative journey of connection to your body, lengthening muscles, reducing postural tension and using self massage techniques to free yourself physically and emotionally. Julie’s breath work is effective at improving your sleep, balancing your blood pressure, reducing any pent up emotions including feelings of trauma, improving your respiratory function, recharge your immune system and release stress hormones from your body. Julie’s sound bath or gong meditation is a form of sound healing designed to offer relaxation, emotional release and even pain relief. Since our bodies are made up of 70% water the vibrations are felt by every cell in the body. Think of the whole body being completely immersed by sound.

WHAT TO WEAR Your comfort is paramount so please wear clothes you can easily move in. Many wear casual gym attire. WHAT TO BRING Just yourself! I provide yoga mats, blankets and pillows. However, if you prefer to use your own, please feel free to bring them along. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable outside of the half term block unless the class is cancelled by Julie Greenhalgh Wellness. If you book a block of classes and are unable to make a class I will be happy invite you to attend an alternative class within your booked half term block.
