Service Description
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound, usually created by instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks. The sounds are designed to help you relax deeply, ease stress, and promote a sense of calm and clarity. During a session, participants typically lie down on yoga mats or blankets, close their eyes, and simply listen as the sound waves wash over them. It’s not about music in the traditional sense – the tones and vibrations are used more for their healing and soothing qualities than for melody or rhythm.
