Here you can book a Breathwork session to take place in my garden studio. Sessions take place monthly on a Tuesday evening 8pm - 9pm. Please contact me to ensure I have availability. Breathing is the unconscious action that keeps our bodies alive. So powerful, it connects our mind, body and spirit. When we’re stressed or anxious we commonly breathe in short, shallow breaths - some of us may even hold our breath without realising. Learn how to reconnect with your breath with breathwork classes. Living in todays chaotic world, challenging situations or even mundane events such as running late for a meeting can send us straight into fight/ flight mode which change our breathing patterns. Our bodies are not designed to cope with high levels of stress. Within as little as one full minute of conscious breathing, it is possible to completely clear the bloodstream of the stress hormone cortisol and bring the body into a calm state of being. More and more people are implementing breathing practices into their daily lives because the benefits are life changing for them. Being conscious of your breath can make a huge difference to your mental and physical wellbeing. WHAT TO WEAR Your comfort is paramount so please wear clothes you can easily move in. Many wear casual gym attire. WHAT TO BRING Just yourself! I provide yoga mats, blankets and pillows. However, if you prefer to use your own, please feel free to bring them along. Terms of Booking: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the class is cancelled by Julie Greenhalgh Wellness, or the Government imposes a lockdown. If you book a block of classes and are unable to make a class Julie is happy for you to attend another class as long as all sessions are taken within the half term block. If you cannot make another class in the half term block you can have a recording of the class. Please complete the forms on the Forms page, found under "Booking Online" prior to attending.
