NEW 8- WEEK COURSE starting Monday 9th May. 1.00-2.30pm.

An 8-week women’s circle programme to allow you to carve out some healing time for yourself in your busy world. You will be supported and uplifted, learn breath-work techniques to easily change state, see life and it’s problems from a new perspective, and move into a more inspired, less burdened, happier and more authentic you.

 

We are happy to be offering a new 8-week programme starting Monday 9th May. We will break for Monday 30th May (half term) so the final circle will be on Monday 4th July.

The sessions are 90 minutes long, and will include a combination of breath-work, meditation, sound therapy with the gong, and teachings / discussions around different emotional health topics. These will include:

- Becoming aware of old patterns and conditioning that are running our lives in unhelpful ways

- Pruning away some of these less helpful beliefs and creating space for manifestation of a new way of being

- Exploring values and boundaries and their fundamental importance if we are to show up authentically (and happily!) in the world

- Relationships with those around us and how we can improve both how we show up and how we experience others

- The competitive mindset, especially as it pertains to other women, and how we can come together in open-hearted love and support for one another

The course will combine practical skills such as breath-work and mind-calming techniques along with transformative meditations and conversations, along with exercises to do at home to keep you on track between sessions and build life-long habits.

 

Who:

Julie is a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Breath-work coach, yoga teacher and healer. Ali is a Transformative Coach, Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Breath-work teacher, Meditation teacher and relationship coach. We share a passion for authenticity, truth and love, and enabling others to connect with their deepest selves and live an enriched life.

 

Where:

The sessions will take place live at Breath & Harmony Yoga studio, Townsend Road, Harpenden. Weather permitting, the circles may sometimes be held outside in nature. In the event of us being unable to meet in person, we will hold the exact same programme via Zoom.

 

How:

An 8 week women’s circle programme to help you let go of insecurity, self-doubt, uncertainty and stress, and move into a more inspired, less burdened, happier and more authentic you this New Year.

After the success of our first circle we are happy to be offering a New Year programme, beginning Monday 10th January. We will support and nourish you to not only get through January and February, two of the more challenging months of the year, but get through them with a transformed perspective on life, and of yourselves.

  •  Decluttering the mind, body and our physical spaces

  •  Exploring values and boundaries and their fundamental importance if we are to show up authentically  (and happily!) in the world

  •  Relationships with those around us and how we can improve both how we show up and how we          experience others

  • The competitive mindset, especially as it pertains to other women, and how we can come together in   open-hearted love and support for one another
